Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the AirStar marketplace. By booking or hosting, you agree to them.
1. Using AirStar
AirStar is a marketplace that connects guests with independent hosts. You must be able to form a binding contract to create an account, and you are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Bookings
A booking is a contract between the guest and the host. Prices, house rules and availability are set by the host. Cancellations and refunds follow the policy shown at the time of booking.
3. Hosting
Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, for holding any licences required locally, and for honouring confirmed bookings. AirStar may remove listings that violate these terms.
4. Payments
Payments are processed through our payment provider. Service fees are shown before you pay. AirStar is not the provider of any accommodation.
5. Content & reviews
Reviews may be written only by guests who completed a stay. You retain rights to content you post but grant AirStar a licence to display it.
6. Liability
AirStar provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for the conduct of guests or hosts or for the condition of any property.
